I would suggest more periodic interaction or get togethers of the management staff with the residents, on a cup of coffee or luncheon or even maybe even a burger sandwich dinner or bbq. These are quite old construction, and one cannot expect nothing to go wrong every now and then, yet the maintenance guys, Jamal and Johnny are doing a superb job. I believe courteous speech and sweet talk and positive accommodative attitude are good communication skills. Sincerely Muhammad U Khattak

submitted by Laine B. - |Recommended: YesGood place to call home — The apartment complex has great privacy from the main roads in Macon, it is easily accessible to anywhere you want to go. The complex is up kept and tidy on a daily basis and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The only real concern I have is the amount of loud noise that comes from other tenant cars and music, but what are you going to do. Take the good with the bad this is a great complex overall.

I have been paying double of what a normal water bill for a one bedroom apt. My bill may range from 32.00 to 68.00 . Varies per month. When I ask for an adjustment I have been told my bill is correct because of a rate increase. I am okay with an increase but not double sometimes quadruple the normal amount for a one bedroom apartment. That’s absurd. I have been told I have my own meter for my apartment and that is true but there is no one who can tell me if it is working properly. Management tells me they don’t have anyone to service the device. This device is in my bathroom attached to my hot water heater. It’s a wireless device , what is it communicating with. I don’t know neither does management. Management could be more helpful, polite and professional. If I could rate management a zero I would

A third party company has the control of meter readings and rates of individual usage rate per apartment, some more or less than others but it is based off usage. Please know that we have been working to do everything we can to change this situation to better suit our residents.
